Whistle Blowing Policy

CBA Group is committed to protecting and supporting employees to speak up so that concerns or issues can be escalated and dealt with effectively in the interest of CBA, its employees, shareholders and other stakeholders thereby promoting the highest standards of openness, integrity and accountability.

The Group provides a whistle blowing website where by employees, service providers and customers can anonymously report any suspected wrongdoing or activities including possible fraud and ethical issues without fear of victimisation, discrimination or disadvantage by employees, representatives or clients.

The Group Board Audit Committee members are responsible for reviewing the Bank’s whistleblowing procedures and receiving regular updates on relevant matters of concern raised in addition to any management actions taken in response.
